| Product Description |
The Otto Tuning Forks are used for relaxation, and for sending vibrations into the bones. The forks are tuned to the frequencies of 32hz, 64hz and 128hz. They vibrate at a low pitch due to their weighted prongs. Start your explorations with the 128hz. These forks are especially effective when placed on the sternum, vertebra and meridian points.Used primarily for relaxation and grounding, the Otto Tuner kit resonates with the deeper tones of the Earth. The Otto Tuner is the note of C in the diatonic scale.These frequencies project sound into the physical body, especially in the bones. There are two types of prime tuning forks; weighted and unweighted. The weighted tuning forks are typically used on the body as well as by the ears to relieve pain from inflammation such as arthritis and other joint, muscle and nerve pain. This can be done in several ways:-

Hold the tuning fork in one hand in the right position as shown in image and strike it moderately by a rubber mallet. This gives a loud monotonic sound. |

Hold the tuning fork by the shank and strike it moderately on tuning fork activator. |

Tuning Fork can also be activated by striking it on crest of the palm or on upper of the knee bend. |

Hold the tuning fork by the shank in the middle of the shank. |

Do not touch the fork any where on the prongs after activating. |

Keep a firm grip on the shank while holding the fork. |

Hold the tuning fork on its side, so you are striking only one of the prongs or strike only one of the prongs while using a rubber mallet. |
