The Cosmic Octave Tuning Forks are 11 tuning forks are based on the work of Hans Cousto. These forks resonate to the orbit of each planet of our Solar System- Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto and also Moon and Sun.

Tuning Fork Types

There are two types of  prime tuning forks; weighted and unweighted. The weighted tuning forks are typically used on the body as well as by the ears to relieve pain from inflammation such as arthritis and other joint, muscle and nerve pain. These are the ones with the weights on the end of each prong.

The unweighted forks are used by the ears and around the body for balancing the nervous and energy systems and can assist with emotional, spiritual, physical and mental health and awareness.

The Tuning fork in Correct way
Should not be held by the prongs. It will stop the vibration. The correct place to hold it is from The Stem Handle. This has been illustrated below:-

How can a Tuning Fork be Activated?
This can be done in several ways:-
» Hold the tuning fork in one hand in the right position as shown in image and strike it moderately by a rubber mallet. This gives a loud monotonic sound.
» Hold the tuning fork by the shank and strike it moderately on tuning fork activator.
» Tuning Fork can also be activated by striking it on crest of the palm or on upper of the knee bend.
Important While Activating a Tuning Forks
» Hold the tuning fork by the shank in the middle of the shank.
» Do not touch the fork any where on the prongs after activating.
» Keep a firm grip on the shank while holding the fork.
» Hold the tuning fork on its side, so you are striking only one of the prongs or strike only one of the prongs while using a rubber mallet.
